1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of Broker Login Assistant. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to access every Google and brokerage account you add. The product is not intended for children.
2. What the product does
Broker Login Assistant stores broker login records in Rekh's Cloudflare-hosted service, syncs them to Chrome profiles signed into the same Rekh account, generates current TOTP codes, and starts user-selected login flows on supported Zerodha and ICICI Direct pages.
It is an independent convenience tool. Rekh is not Zerodha, ICICI Direct, ICICI Bank, Google, or Cloudflare and is not endorsed by them. The product does not place trades, provide investment advice, manage funds, guarantee broker access, or replace your broker's security and recovery procedures.
3. Your account and security responsibility
- Keep your Chrome profile, Google account, devices, and broker factors secure.
- Save only accounts you own or are expressly authorized to use.
- Keep an independent TOTP backup and broker recovery method.
- Review the cloud-storage and operator-access disclosure before consenting.
- Rotate credentials promptly if you suspect exposure or unauthorized access.
- Do not send real credentials to Rekh support.
You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts and for confirming that automated field entry is correct before continuing on a broker site.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the product to access another person's account without permission, evade broker or Google security controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious content, reverse engineer secrets or other users' data, violate applicable law, or interfere with the extension's rate and request-size protections.
5. Third-party services
Google authentication, Cloudflare infrastructure, Chrome, Zerodha, and ICICI Direct are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. Their interfaces, security challenges, availability, and permissions can change without Rekh's control. You must comply with the terms applicable to your broker accounts.
6. Availability and changes
The initial service runs on Cloudflare's Workers Free plan and is subject to hard usage and database limits. When capacity is unavailable, the extension will not store credentials locally and may show a temporary-service error until limits reset.
Rekh may update supported selectors, security controls, policies, or functionality; suspend access needed to protect users or the service; or discontinue the product. We do not promise continuous, error-free, or permanent availability.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rekh disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Broker websites can change, reject credentials, require manual verification, or present states the extension cannot safely automate. Rekh does not guarantee successful login, account availability, or protection against every security incident.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rekh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, trading losses, or unauthorized account activity arising from use of or inability to use the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the product at any time. Uninstalling the extension does not itself delete your Rekh cloud account. Use **Delete Rekh account** in extension settings to remove the active user record, broker credentials, sessions, and Google linkage, subject to the seven-day D1 recovery-history boundary described in the Privacy Policy.
9. General terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and Rekh for this product. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
