Reopen the extension after the Google window closes. Confirm Chrome allowed the authentication window and that you selected the intended Google account. If the session still does not appear, sign in again from the popup.

Check your connection and retry. Broker Login Assistant starts on Cloudflare Workers Free and can stop accepting requests when a hard allocation resets. Existing records remain in D1; the extension deliberately does not create a local credential fallback.

Complete captchas, SMS or email OTPs, security questions, account recovery, and unrecognized challenges yourself. The extension stops rather than bypassing an unknown security step.

Report the broker, the sanitized error shown by the extension, the Chrome and extension versions, and the page stage you saw. Do not include filled fields or account-identifying screenshots.

Another Chrome profile saved a newer revision. Refresh the account list, reopen the record, and apply your change to the current version.

Delete one broker record from its account menu. To remove the complete Rekh account, open extension settings, choose **Delete Rekh account**, and confirm through Google. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud data.
